Welcome to our 5th year of LIFE!
There's been a lot of excitement and enthusiasm in the air over our parish LIFE on-going faith-formation celebrations. I'd like to share a portion of a note with you that I received from Carlene Davis whose family participated in LIFE for the last three years but recently moved out out of state.
"We want to thank you for all that you and the LIFE team does. We have enjoyed every LIFE get-together that we have attended!! Each has taught us something new and you and the group help make the sessions so fun!!! I will really miss those special times dedicated to our spiritual growth with our children. I only hope more parishioners catch on and see this for the blessing it is. You help to make it so much fun. Our deepest thanks to you and all those within our St. Lucy's community! We truly had a fantastic family over the 3 years spent here in RI."
Our theme for the 2010-11 year of LIFE is "Does Anybody Know What Time It Is?" with a focus on Church Year, Feasts and Seasons. Please take time to review the LIFE brochure and send the Registration Form to the rectory as soon as possible (for LIFE and/or sacramental prep classes). The first LIFE celebrations begin September 19, 20, or 21.
