Jane Parrillo

Jane F. Parrillo – Pastoral Associate (Adult Ministry)

Jane Parrillo joined the St. Lucy Pastoral Staff in 2007.  Although she and her husband John moved to Middletown from Webster, Mass., only recently, they have been summer residents of Middletown and summer parishioners of St. Lucy’s for over 30 years.

For her undergraduate education Jane attended Anna Maria College.  There she received a BA in biology with minors in chemistry and music.  Later she received an MA in theology and religious education from Assumption College.

She and John raised their family in Webster, Mass.  They have a son, Joseph, a high school guidance counselor, and a daughter, Elizabeth, a speech and language pathologist. They recently welcomed a new grandson into their family – Benjamin Thomas Parrillo, son of Joseph and Laura Parrillo.

Jane worked as a Medical Technologist (ASCP) for 20 years, as a music teacher, church music director, and cantor for 15 years, and as a religion teacher at St. Peter-Marian Jr/Sr High School for eight years.

She and John enjoy traveling, museums, concerts, and the theater.  She makes and sells beaded jewelry.
