Soup Kitchen
St. Lucy’s operates a Soup
Kitchen on the third Tuesday of each month. A hot meal is served to some 75-85
guests each month. All necessary food and supplies are provided through
donations from parishioners and monetary donations from several organizations
within the parish community. There are various ways that help can be provided
with this ministry. Interested parishioners can prepare hot dishes, donate
other needed supplies listed in the Church bulletin two weeks prior to the Soup
Kitchen, assist by serving and replenishing the dessert table and beverages as
needed.
